Dr. Khadija Sami Mahdi, a lecturer in the Department of Microbiology at the University of Basrah at the  College of Medicine, was selected as a scientific reviewer for the journal Int J Med Sci Public Health, which is classified within Scopus containers. This came in recognition of her contributions to publishing and evaluating scientific research within global containers, where a research entitled: 'Co-infection of Schistosoma Haematobium and Salmonella Species Among Febrile Patients In Doma Local Government Area, Nasarawa State, Nigeria' was evaluated.
